How to mines scrypt altcoins before a pool exists?

Nowdays, it’s no longer possible to mine any new altcoin as first miner. As soon as a mining pool is announced on bitcointalk for a freshly new coin with new blockchain, there’s 1Gh/s of mining power on it less than 5 minutes later.

Is it possible to use ccminer/cgminer for solo mining directly from databases an ports ? If not, how to set up a pool for an altcoin with wallet software that don’t provide a mining port ?

An example use case I’m talking about is https://gmdcoin.co (scrypt coin with no mining pool and wallet only capable of stacking)

Need help to recover blpckchain.info wallet, my wife forgot her password and the brute force with btcrecover is not catching the password I used btcrecover to extract the wallet file (wallet.aes.json) from a blockchain account and I have been running btcrecover with dictionaries of my making but it has been going on for weeks and I am running out of ideas on how to permutate what my wife and I think the password could have been.
