How can I arbitrage USD, BTC, USDT and UAD?

I have this app that let's me add/buy/exchange FIAT currencies alongside a handful of top 20 coins. For this question let's assume I have access to USD, BTC, UAD trades without fees. However, the app does not have USDT (Tether) so I will need to go to an exchange for USDT and will incur fees there but I thought USDT was a stable way to take advantage of the USD UAD spread.

I'm using the Australian UAD as an example because I see it is worth .77 USD today.

My question is how do I actually arbitrage this... step by step.

Need help to recover blpckchain.info wallet, my wife forgot her password and the brute force with btcrecover is not catching the password I used btcrecover to extract the wallet file (wallet.aes.json) from a blockchain account and I have been running btcrecover with dictionaries of my making but it has been going on for weeks and I am running out of ideas on how to permutate what my wife and I think the password could have been.
